Our little girl is ten months old today! She has attempted to go down the bed legs first, twice up until today (she has yet to learn the importance of grasping the bedsheets while going down). And she can take small baby steps already from the last two weeks of her nine months old of life.
Wonderful Sarah can communicate very well when she’s done eating, saying “Dah, dah”. And whenever she’s done doing something she will also say that. That was actually her first word, too!
She is a very clever little lass, an independent eater and drinks very well from her own cup.
Mamma, pappa and abang Elias love you so much, Sarah!
Little Sarah is five months old today! 🙂 Guess how we celebrated her birthday?
Uncle Eddie is also celebrating his birthday today. So we all decided to get together in the city to eat lunch or have fika together. We went to a very nice restaurant called Ritz very close to Kungsportsplatsen.

So, as you all know I have been giving Sarah some food in very teeny, tiny portions to boost her appetite and confidence in eating. I noticed that her bowel movements have become less regular when she starts consuming solids.
Like this week, I really think she hasn’t pooped at all for the whole week. And today is Saturday. That’s like six days of no pooping. And that must not feel so comfortable for her. I mean, I would get headache and feel very uneasy if I don’t go to toilet for even two days.
Of course, Sarah drinks only breastmilk and teeny, tiny portions of fruits or veggies. But she has also a small stomach. And food after digested has to come out otherwise it will become toxic in the body.
So I am going to start making a list of all the times that she poops, just like what I am doing with her food consumption. So that I can always go back to these lists and look at them anytime I want to, when needed.
Oh my God! I really cannot believe it..! Sarah is only four and a half months but her first tooth just broke today.
It is too soon! Elias got his first tooth when he was close to six months.
Is Sarah going to be growing super fast from now on? Faster than her brother Elias? 😩 My little princess…! 😭 Don’t leave Mamma too soon, baby girl.
Funnily enough, she was gnawing on my finger when I felt a sharp bite. It was at Siv’s birthday get-together, we were sitting around the dining table and I had Sarah sitting next to me. I purposely did not give her anything to eat, so I just let her chew on my finger in order to make her stay calm. Then she bit me hard with the tooth, I had to pull my finger off her mouth! One final check confirmed that she did have a tooth on the bottom part.
At that moment I was scared that she would bite on me during breastfeeding. But luckily it did not happened, yet 😄👍🏽
I would like to make a list of all the food that Elias loves to date. As I feel that sometimes I do not have any idea of what he loves to eat! And I feel frustrated after making such a tedious recipe but in the end having him refusing to eat the meal. It is not the happiest feeling at all!
Here goes the list:
We have been to several flights now where we saw parents with small children using trunki. The kids would always seemed very proud carrying their trunki and when it quesued up, they would just sit on their trunki. All the while, Elias likes to be carried by his Pappa. It is faster and we know that he is safe and within our reach. We do not need to be on the lookout for him in case the queue goes forward, or if he goes wandering away from the queue.
We haven’t flown yet with his trunki so we hope to be able to take it with us during our next flight! Yeay, so excited!
Elias got this trunki for his Christmas present and he really loves it. So we really hope that he will use his trunki real good on his next flught.
